Woo hoo! FTF! ;D
Ya'll know me! Name's Mike, currently a law student at UT, recently married a 99% geo-muggle, enjoy puzzle caches / challenging terrain caches the most. Most challenged by urban micros 'cause I can't get over the feeling that millions of eyes are on me when I'm searching.

Hi Peeve! Glad you could join me! Aren't we up a little too late? Did you see, I finally figured out Essiar's new cache. It took him giving me a couple hints to get off in the right direction. We'll see how this new forum works. I am looking for new subtopics to keep it organized!!! Let me know what you think of. tanya TEXT

I got pretty lucky when I found it... kinda stumbled on the answer. dfggd tyhoe dftfg GADGET GIRL 49? My post above explains some of what I think about the forum, I'll post more as I play around. Right now, I can't help feel a bit giddy with the vast open space in this virgin forum -- I feel like a kid standing before a gleaming white wall with a hand full of finger paints.

I can make each topic different ways. We can each start new threads or just admin, etc. Each time I set up a catagory I get to choose who can see it, add to it, or alter it. So I can set it so you can create a thread. thats easy.
Also, it has an area to add avators, i just need their urls.
Send and i shall do!

Under the general heading you should be able to create your own thread. See if it works. I just don't want things to get too disorganized. That makes it so much harder to work with. tanya

whatever you want to do. That will keep it organized anyway. thanks, tanya
let me know if you need a dedicated section for stuff too.
I can create a new catagory, then a forum within it.

Yay! Shiny new forums!
I'm Melissa, 27, lawyer. Unlike Peeve, I love urban micros, but like Peeve, I also love puzzle caches. My favorite types, though, are creative cache containers or really clever hides. We've got lots of those here in Austin!
I think it will be best to allow admin to set the categories, but allow all members to post new threads.

Alright, I may not be known in the Austin area any more, but once a Texan, always a Texan! It's Paul from BugsandMustang (Tracy is still unpacking at our new home in Jersey) We're both 27 and just transplanted to Jersey. Its also starting to warm up, so we'll be exploring new places (and admiring the list of new caches that keep being deployed in Austin). Lets just say in a week we'll be put and about again!

Blizzard here. Nice look for the forum. MHO, I like forum formats better than group email. Look forward to some good discussion and hints too! Cache on,
